Anne Cobuzzi of Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania, was elected as the 25th president of the Alden Kindred at the annual meeting in early August.  An accomplished businesswoman and non-profit leader, Anne served on the Alden Kindred board for several years and has chaired AKA’s highly successful Speak for Thyself event that honors women leaders in the community. The daughter of retiring AKA president Pauline Kezer, Anne is an Alden descendant through Jonathan and has been celebrating her Pilgrim heritage since birth! “It is a very exciting time at the AKA as we have started construction on the new Center for Living History, a venue and learning center that will strengthen our mission and bring the Pilgrim story alive for the next generation,” Anne said.
AKA also elected four new board members -Linda Seale from Duxbury, Linda Johnson, Reading, MA; Robert Matheson, West Palm Beach, FL; and Thomas Woislaw, Franklin, MA.  A warm Kindred welcome to all!
